ARC LSL-P (LS-LED) and AA tail section

I have for sale an ARC LSL-P with additional AA tail section. This LED light takes a single CR123 with the original tail or 2 AA batteries with the included alternate tail. I will also include a nylon belt sheath I made for the CR123 version (not pretty, but functional). Olive drab, all pieces in near mint condition. I find no blemishes.

I would like $250 for all pieces shipped including Paypal fees.
