Archive Bucks at the 25th Meeting?

Since 94.99% of the value of a 112 I buy is how it will display and the features that make it odd I never worried to much about a COA or paperwork/box/sheith. Early in my collecting I was determined to only buy absolutely NIB and just factory issues at that. To many great looking knives don't have them and so that changed. I did want to get a COA for a scrimmed 112 by 'Natalie' if possible. I imagine Buck would save/archive knives for reasons that I would not think of but are important to them. Has anyone have a different date or archive label earlier than 2012?

I have a letter (and the 1996 stamped knife) from 2008 for a "pre-production Model 303 Cadet with brown micarta inlays that was previously retained for archive purposes and is now being sold."

Haebbie that's a really nice Elk 112!! I think the sheith is a vary rare one too. The color is not common even in fixed blades and I'm sure at the most I've seen 1 maybe 2 112 sheiths that rich burgundy color. I see it was a good deal too!
Tin Sue that 303 must be a real rarity! So few 300 series are found in Micarta and I'm getting the idea that 'Archive' Bucks contain major rarities. .I can't believe in a dozen years of collecting I didn't have Archive knives on my radar as a source of odd 112's..
