Have you tried messing with the pivot screw?
Other than that, I can't help you. It's unfortunate to hear. Hopefully it's something easy and not an inherent problem with the knife. I'm waiting for the Carbon Fiber handled one coming out next year, but I've handled the red bone model and they are beautiful knives.

Carbon fiber Arcitech?! Wow, im going to need to get one when they are released.
