I have an arcitech question. I recently was given this knife as a gift. It was NIB. Within two weeks it developed vertical blade play. Did it happen to anyone else? Is it normal in arc lock knives? Any advice or easy fix?

Have you tried messing with the pivot screw?

Other than that, I can't help you. It's unfortunate to hear. Hopefully it's something easy and not an inherent problem with the knife. I'm waiting for the Carbon Fiber handled one coming out next year, but I've handled the red bone model and they are beautiful knives.

Keep us informed of the issue and I hope it gets resolved.
