This pack has an expandable collar that lets it max out at 34 L. It has an internal aluminum frame in the backpanel, accessible via a zippered compartment inside the bag. The size Reg/Tall fits backs from 19" to 22.5" according to Arc'teryx's sizing. I'm 5'll" and it fits me pretty well. Keep in mind, the hipbelt is not padded.
