Are any knives still made with IRON?

Agreed - the JBF Champlin Eureka Jacks of 2013 were all steel and made by GEC - I tend to like the all steel construction much better.

Another thing I like is the color of steel or iron bolsters tend to match the blade color, as opposed to NS - more apparent once the polished finish wears down.

I need to sit down... That bone and shadow bolster are just amazing. The hammered pins and rat tail are incredible too. A to notch knife!
