are crkt knives good?

My first knife was an M-16-03 and I still like it. The flipper is just so fun. The regular line of m-16's have AUS-8 steel which isn't THAT shabby and as far as rust, I've never had a spot on mine. I also appreciate that it is easy to disasemble and to adjust the pivot tension(just takes a flathead to change tension)

Their M-16 series of knives are very good in my opinion. Easy to sharpen, good lockup, the flipper is cool, nice handles, etc. Probably the best knife they make.

The Point Guard is a very nice knife as well.

My only complaint is that their AUS-6 has very, very poor edge retention. (The M-16 has AUS-8...better steel.)

Your experiences seem to be in line with mine. I've seen lockup problems with several KFFs, particularly the small ones. Without the LAWKS, they'd be unsafe. And their AUS-6 simply will not hold an edge. I'd stick to the AUS-8 stuff or better.

I have the small Delilah's Peck and it is a neat knife. Fell apart once. The second one stabbed my finger as I reached into my pocket.
