Are issues common with KnifeSupply?

I would prefer to not air dirty laundry on here, though I would like to speak with someone who has firsthand experience with them, this was my first time dealing with them.

What would be ideal would be someone From KnifeSupply to respond. I do not know if they have a presence on here...

No presence that I know of. Your best chance is to either call them or email them. Ultimately there are a lot of knife supply places that are much better to deal with. Knifekits, alpha knife supply, Jantz, USA knifemaker, etc.
