I'd like to get some information about this thread...which I just came across while cleaning out the attic of a deceased relative's home.

Can anyone help with this?

I'm not trying to sell it, though I would also like to speak with you about your about your car's extended warranty...

Every single person on BF owns more knife than they need in a practical sense, which then boils the question down to 'are nice things worth it?' Kinda dumb, IMO. Not even a chalk outline left on that old horse to beat.

And then there are the inevitable worn-out analogies of 'my Casio keeps as good or better time than your Rolex' or 'a Kia will get you to work the same as a Ferrari' that come flooding in. It gets super old. 😴

Such threads are usually snark-bait and make me wish for an 'ignore thread' feature. Why? Because I can't look away--waiting for the inevitable spectacle of a blow-out (*blush*) or worse, stepping in the pewp myself by participating.
