Here's what I think,
The mora's Scandi grind doesn't roll like you'd think it's reasonably strong. But I don't like the laminated blade they say that it makes the blade stronger but I'm not go open some paint cans or pry with it so what the heck? The bevel is ground at a 25 degree angle which is to steep you'd probably want something along the lines of 17-20. So if you could reprofile it, it would be good. It's steel is "high carbon steel" the company does not specify what Kim it is but it's ok steel. Stays sharp. So if you could thin the blade, edge angle and got some steel like o1 it would be really nice knife. I really recommend del Stubbs knives above all else. Works of art and come perfectly sharp. Like you couldn't get it sharper because he strops and mirror polishes it before it's shipped. He chooses o1 steel for his blades. Their edge angles are a little steep so get a professional to refrains it to the proper angle or you could probably special order it the you want from him.
