Are Older Sebbies Worth More?

I have an older Sebenza and was wondering if those are more collectable or worth more than the current models...or are they just Sebbies like the rest?

The knife is dated Jan. 1995, has polished ATS-34 blade, single non-anodized thumb stud, and Chris Reeve's signature on the blade.

TIA for any info.

I'm certain there would be some people willing to pay a premium. How much would that premium be? I don't know.

I like it by the way. :)

THAT one, would command a significant premium, few signed CRK knives are on the market. As Mr. Levine states, the best source of "current knife values, is eBay." The ATS-34 sebbies are going for $300-350 now (if LNIB), but remember, collectors ARE fickle. In two years, they might be considered "inferior", I doubt it, but it can happen. An Al Mar Valade engrave black pearl hawk sold for over $420 three weeks ago. One came on the market, with a very high reserve, and the bid went to $320 and the knife did NOT sell. If the seller set a lower reserve, I'm sure a bidding war would have erupted, (I know, I started the last one and LOST  BIG time!). So you just can't tell, the market fluctuates very rapidly with knives, since they are a truely a disposable income purchase. Tax time is NOT a good time to sell, a month before X-mas, in a strong economy yes. Right after, X-mas...not! Knives, like guns are often sold when the family is ready to go on vacation, so that is not a good time to sell either.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I think I'm gonna hold on to it for a while!
