Are rattlers tasty?

Have any of you guys been bitten by a Rattle
snake. I'll bet they don't feel like chicken. If I was starving I guess I would
kill one and eat it and I probably wouldn't give a damn what it tasted like. I don't think I would kill anything just to see what it tasted like especially a venomous snake.
Just my opinion.
