Are spydercos thin knives?

I think most Kershaws are actually thinner. The main difference is flat ground vs hollow. The hollow grind will tend to slice better until the material binds where the edge thickens. This will not happen when making a shallow cut (tape or envelope), however any other time I much prefer flat ground blades. The Caly 3/3.5 is quite thin.

That's really a generalized question.
Not ALL Spyderco knives are thin.
Some are thick, some are in the middle, others are thin.

However, Spyderco's(especially with the full flat grind) make excellent slicers. I can slice through anything effortlessly with my Spyderco Knives.

However they do have knives that are thinner than others.
