Are the chinese made Bucks Bos HT'ed?

I'm very interested in the new Hilos coming out, but I have a question. Are the 440C blades that these come with heat treated by Paul Bos or are they done overseas?

As far as I know, they are heat treated where they are made using Paul's recipes etc. He doesn't do them personally over there.
