I know about the Annual Sebenzas being discontinued, but with all of the talk about the new Sebenza 25, I can't find a definitive answer...is CRK going to continue making the Sebenza 21? Is the new Sebenza 25 replacing the 21, or is it going to be an addition to the line, and CRK will go back to producing 2 styles of Sebenza?

There is some info on this in BBQ BOY's thread "New Sebbie!!!":http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/962173-Your-new-Sebbie!!!-The-25th!!!-**more-pics**. Comments from lemmuhj and BBQ BOY address this (Search Thread for their posts). Long story short, it sounds like decisions on what will be produced are yet to be made.

From that thread BBQ BOY Post #151: One more thing. I overheard Anne(it could have been Heather too) telling someone who asked about the inlays not be,ing made anymore. She said they will still produce the 21 with inlays.

Per Chris yesterday yes the 25 will replace the 21 , like the 21 did the regular and classic

Yes but also per Chris he hasn't designed it yet so it could be the same as the large or could be a little different

No problem guys , any new info I get today I'll pass on here later today

Hkk, I'd be interested to know if bigger pivot screw requires different hex sized tool. Can't different sized screws have the same hex size opening, pardon my tool lack of knowledge.

HK, ask about inlays. Will the 25 have inlays like the 21 or will he do sprint runs of 21's with inlays like they did with annuals.

It's true that different size screws could have the same opening.

Based on the pictures provided by BBQ BOY, it looks like the screws will require different sized allen wrenches.

One more....will the production models have a manufacturing hole on the front scale?

Possibly the included tool could have two sizes on either end then?

Possibly, but CRK said they buy their wrenches from Wera because it was the best quality they could find, and they don't make a model with two sizes on one--at least I don't see any.

Most likely CRK would include two wrenches.

But who knows, these are just prototypes so I'm sure there will be refinements before production starts.

It's not like I take 'em apart all the time......just didn't want any spare parts to lose track of.

It would be cool to incorporate the wrench into the lanyard bead.

That way you always have it with you.
