- is it a set # that are made? - Yes, in some cases but usually not - I think often it is based on how many are ordered.

I suspect that Jerry will set a prescribed number of knives based on the Amount of Steel he has on order from the mill and the design of the knife size will determine approximately how many will be available before they close the Order Window. Also the Design may be based off the Material Thickness that is currently on order from the Mill.
