Are there any FFG Manix 2 runs planned?

That's what I just did. I got one out of the classifieds for about the price of a normal Manix.

Just send it to Krein if your panties are that wadded up over it.

If they made it FFG it would also raise the price by ~$20. Starts looking quite a lot like a PM2.

And for what it's worth, the Manix 2 could be the same price as the PM2 and I would still prefer it. My DLC Manix 2 and my PM2 are both stellar, but for whatever reason I just prefer the Manix. Just a smoother knife.

if they made a black g10, flat ground manix without full liners i would be all over it.

=The Manix 2 platform still hasn't seen anything in the M390/204P class of steels.

S90v has better edge retention than the two steels you mentioned. M4 also, albeit that is not stainless.
