Are there any good knife shops in Vegas?

It looks like I will be heading to Las Vegas on business. Is there anything out there to add to my knifie (knify?) pursuits?

Blanchard's Cutlery & Gifts is ok. I think they are noted for their custom work on Spyderco knives.

There's Blanchard's Cutlery. Not sure of the exact address but they are off the Strip there. They sell both custom and production, and you can even watch some of the embellishing work being done. I was in Vegas last January attending the SHOT Show and was planning on a side excursion to visit there but unfortunately ran out of time. Next time 'm out in Vegas, definitely will make it a priority.
