I'm sure you will find many to capture your imagination.

We all have our own favorites for various reasons, and various needs...from aesthetic to practical. I'd prefer to avoid making this a popularity contest, so will leave it at that.

ETA: By the same token, if there is a particular style or purpose you seek, feel free to give us some parameters so that we can make useful suggestions beyond just naming makers we like.

Yes, what type of knife would you like to have made? Makers tend to favor certain styles and materials. It would be easier to recommend someone if you tell us what you want.
