Are two CRK folders one too many?

I have 2 sebbies , both small plain ones. One is a regular BG42 blade , born on 2000. My latest is a Insingo model which I got in October last year.

I will not lend them out.

Two rules for me - I dont lend my wife or knives. ( not necessarily in that order)
 
Only in the sense that you will never wear even one out and will be able to pass it from children to grandchildren :)

Ahhhh! It was hard to tell it was a different color than the ti in the other picture. Silly me! Thanks for tell me what it was and filling me in.

No problem, I WISH it was a collectible like you thought. That first pic was so bad I'd have been fooled too. ;)
 
I think two CRK is just a good start, but I am like many here, I don't
loan my knives out. That would be like letting someone cuddle
with my wife....just not going to happen....LOL:D
 
Personally I don't like shelf-queens at all. As soon as I notice that I don't use a particular knife I'll sell it. Therefore I can't own too many because I can't use them all. I have 1 one-piece (Mark V made in SA), 3 Sebenzas (Large Regular TT Isle of Man, 2011 small annual, small serrated regular)and 1 Mnandi left. They are all very special but get used. My current 5 haven't seen a lot of usage yet, but I'm looking forward to them acquiring some battle-scars. I'll lend them to someone if I'm present and if they're a bit careful.
 
I also don't like shelf-queens so I minimized the CRK in hand to a large 2009 annual, a small 2001 annual, and a Mnandi (all left hand), and use them all regularly. Max # of CRK at a given moment was 5, and I've owned 8 total.

My final decided-to-sell Seb, Starbenza LH went onto evilbay and it will be gone in a few days. (sob) Then I just ordered a left hand Star-Tac so I'll have a unique 4-up. Now if I can find a left hand Umfaan... :D

I'm a girl, so I'd never ask to cuddle your wife, but I'd gladly cuddle that Sebbie in your avatar. :p

I'm very pleased with myself because I've just bought a Mammoth Mnandi which is on route to replace both my Bocote Mnandi and my serrated small regular. Finally I'll only have 3 special folders and they'll get USED!!!
