How's the walk and talk on these new ones? I had one of the older versions and the springs were a bit soft. Here's a new production 303 with ebony scales.

This example is really nice. It has strong pulls with good snap and no issues with the blades rubbing the liners or each other. It's very well done. How's the walk and talk on these new ones? I had one of the older versions and the springs were a bit soft.
Good to hear on part of the 303. I'll have to snag one as soon as they come back in stock. Blade rub is not the biggest issue for me, but weak snaps and blade rap are automatic nonos. This example is really nice. On the other hand, I also have a smooth red synthetic 301 but it had an issue with the spey blade rubbing the liner that I fixed by thinning the blade a little with a dremel. After I did that, I noticed the issue seemed to be that the liner was bowed in towards the blades on the spey side.
