Could be coincidence, but I switched my DNS server earlier this week (to cloudflare) and haven't had the hiccup first connecting to the site since then. Maybe someone else can try and see if it helps them.

On Android 11 on my phone it's in Network and Internet-->Advanced (at the bottom)-->Private DNS. I changed it from automatic to private with 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com
