It's important to remember that our good friend Vampire Gerbil has been through a lot in recent months, multiple life-changing experiences virtually simultaneously. We need to allow him to return and welcome him back as he wishes on his own terms and not put a lot of expectations on him.

I haven't heard anything from him.
He is in the process of moving so that may have something to do with it. I know he received the Mini-Mac, but was waiting to setup at the new house. I think one of the reasons he had to move was that everything in the old house reminded him of his wife.
Folks, it's still a hard time for him. I know he'll be back here as soon as he can.

I just got off the phone with VG, wondering where the heck he was?
He has moved, same town, but new address. He has done a change of address at the Post Office.I have his new address if anyone needs it.
GUS, he hasn't received the monitor, and he's lost the DSL Tracking # you gave him. He also asks that if you call him to please leave a phone number where he can reach you. Besides no monitor he still has no internet connection, but he's working on it.
He's still in a lot of pain with his shoulder, he needs an operation on it. The good news is that he is now getting Dissability and the operation when he has it will be covered.
He asked me to thank you all again and I told him, "Screw you, get online and thank them all yourself!" Heck, he's got Alisha babying him he don't need me doing it too.
