Hi,

I just delivered a big custom knife I've been working on lately.

This was the concept proposed to the customer according to his needs:

A wood model was made before cutting the steel plate:

After some minor adjustments in the design we proceeded to cut the knife blank:

5/16 in thick O1 steel:

After some the grinding and the heat treatment:

A bit of final grinding, micarta scales, and this is the final result:

Some specs of the "Arieh":

O1 steel, 5/16 in thick
OAL: 12,2 inches
Edge: 6,5 inches
825 grams
