Arizona Custom Knife

It is rare today to find good service or good service after the sale. So when you do find
it, it needs to be told to others!

I collect and make knives, doing alot of the latter lately. I enjoy surfing the knife web
pages, getting ideas and looking at knife pictures. In September I ran across a Ken
Onion Boa that I fell in love with. I called Jay and Karen Sadow of Arizona Custom
Knives and was fortunate enough that it was still in stock and purchased it. The knife
arrived promptly and I was very satisfied. On there web page they had a small blurb
about that this knife was going to be featured in an upcoming magazine called American Handgunner. I have kept my eye open at the magazine stores for this magazine was
unable to locate it. So I eventually gave up on the idea.

I came home yesterday after being out of town for the week and received a big envelope from Jay and Karen. I couldn't imagine what was in it since I didn't order anything and had just recently received there latest newsletter. To my surprise and delite in that envolpoe was a copy of the March/April issue of American Handgunner with a small note attached that referenced me to turn to page 70 to see my knife that I had purchased! Now I had ordered and received that knife in September! That was like 5 months ago!

Unbelievable! Superb service after the fact! Consider me a customer for life!

I am encloseing a URL to there web page for anybody else to see if you are not familiar
with Arizone Custom Knife. I highly recommend them for any of your knife needs!

My damascus/pearl Tighe Pan was in the same article and they sent me an advance copy of the magazine as well. That is exceptional service after the sale! Kudos to the Sadows and the excellent article!
