I will arrive at the Phoenix airport on Friday night at 9:49 (Delta 752) and depart Monday morning at 7:00 (Delta 308)

Which road should I start hitchhiking on?

That's all the info I need. Just stand on the sidewalk outside and watch for the dark green Impala to drive by. I'm thinking maybe yielding a khuk would make for easy identification, but then the local posse might intervine :D so just have to go with the flow.

BTW, if doesn't matter which side of the airport you come out of, the drive around does just that and it usually takes about 7 minutes to make one loop so you shouldn't have to wait too long for me to find you.

And actually Yangdu didn't send any villagers, but some really neat others are to be had. And I think the prices are unreal :eek: We may all decide to tip her :D That'll be a nice coming home surprise.

I"ll get you back to the airport, that's not hard, but you will need to be there by 0530, so we will be out of here by 0500.......just so you know ;)

Thanks guys. I'd just about disassociated from this event and thread. Now you've stirred it up. Someday- if Gin holds another AZ event, I sure would like to go.

Well, friends, it is starting to look like I won't be able to attend. My mother just had a mildly serious high blood pressure incident, emergency to the hospital and two days at the facility. I am just not sure I want to leave her at home for four days (basically two without attention).

Things might get better, but I'm not sure I should make solid plans. I was really looking forward to this get together!! :(

DD - Sorry to hear about Mom...family does come first.

Well, I WANTED to buy a couple of KK's to bring to trade, but missed out this week and last. And I was looking over my stuff but everything I thought of I just couldn't seem to part with!

Tell you what, if I see anything of yours I really like, you just give it to me, and I'll send something along later as trade goods; sometime in the next few months, OK? Works for me! :D

Seriously, I will bring along a list of my stuff and you can reference it anyway, but I can't promise anything. I am just planning on bringing items to show right now.
