I am planning on getting a custom knife from Arizona custom knives, although I am a little worried based on complaints I have heard. Does anyone know if they have it "together" yet?

She had some problems, but Julie is good people..

Jay and Karen sold the business to Julie.
As with Jay and Karen, Julie is a person I do have faith in. Communication was been a little slow a while back, due to some personal stuff, dealing with her should be no problem at all now. We have to keep in mind that just like a maker, when a person is running a business solo, there will be times when communication might be slow.

I have completed several transactions with Julie recently and ALL of them went without a hitch. Julie is VERY conscious of her business and does everything possible to ensure that the Customer is happy. Since she is still a one "woman" show she works very hard to excel at every task, not an easy goal but none the less one she strives for. I have purchased from just about every Web Dealer and count her one of the best.
