If I had to grab one blade today, it'd have to be my Beast the Scott from Razorback Knives did for me. 9.5 inched of dif. treated 5160 on a Busse blank I got from Ranger knives. In a TEOTWAWKI situation I'd rather have one that is to big than not big enough.

I think a Victorinox One Hand Trekker would do just fine. Lots of blade and lots of saw (for a SAK anyway).
