I have two of my Armagh Paring knives available. These are .080" thick 80crv2 high carbon steel at 61 Rc. They both have shallow hollow grinds with a machine finish. OAL: 7", Blade: 3".
The white one is an imitation ivory material with black G10 pins. $85
The blue one is Richlite with tan G10 liners. Richlite is a recycled paper product that is extremely durable and food safe. It's used to make Epicurean cutting boards. The hardware is stainless Corby bolts. $105
Both prices include shipping and PP fees. I will also accept money orders, checks or cash if you prefer.
Questions and comments are not only welcome, but appreciated. Sorry for the poor photos, my usual photo set-up was stolen by my wife.
