I have these 5 paring knives available. All are AEB-L stainless steel (61 Rc) with hollow grinds. OAL is 7" with 3" Blades. The wood handles are all professionally stabilized. The photo below shows the size. All prices include shipping in the US. I accept money orders,checks, Paypal or Credit cards.
