Armo Bernard are works of art knives from a reputable family. I have one with a salt water crocodile handle, satin blade and crocodile skin sheath. I was impressed and I used it hard just like Argo wants us to use it. It's a great feeling knife and razor sharp. I picked one up at a knife show and I'm still impressed. I'm surprised they haven't jumped up front with likes like Chris Reeves one of a few foreign production knife companies. I would definitely recommend them.

They have long been on my list, but only way to get them over here is to import them yourself.
Always was curious about the crocodile handle though. How does it hold up to use? Is it just the hide or the hide glued to something?

They hold up great. It's a natural crocodile hide that is normally tough and it feels great to hold. I think they may be glued on but I'm not sure. I would check their website. I used mine a few times on a fishing trip in a salty environment without any issues. I recall when I first bought one the dealer said they were knives meant to be used.

Ive some of his work here - his knives looks good and there are several, that Ive been tempted by.

I used an Arno Benard on a camping trip this weekend to shave kindling and cut up some meat. The edge is holding up extremely well. I like the hollow grind and the tapered blade tang. I will say that I had trouble sharpening it. The N690 was pretty hard; I used diamond stones and it took a very long time to sharpen compared to S30V.
