Not a knife related purchase, though they do sell knives as well...
I was looking for a good wool coat to replace my worn-down coat before winter. I wanted to go mil-surplus, as it's usually a hair cheaper, and found a nice Swiss surplus coat that would be perfect. Inexpensive, cheap shipping, listed in stock. I placed my order on 11/4, got a confirmation, and waited.
After just over two weeks, I finally contacted them. It was supposed to ship on 11/20. A week goes by, and I email again, looking for it. Apparently it got missed in shipping
rolleyes and would ship that day- 11/27.
Then comes today, 12/5. Still no sign of it, a month and a day later, 25 of which are mail delivery days. Apparently it was missed again, as their "warehouse is swamped with orders" and would ship today.
I'm not holding my breath.
