Arno Bernard, Bush Baby Series, 5602, Galago Model, Giraffe Bone Handle
The Galago knife is a member of The Bush Baby series, which is named after the smallest beasts of Africa.
They are survivors and deceptively cunning.
The metal used in each blade is world-class Bohler N690 stainless steel from Austria and each blade is
heat treated and tempered to insure absolute quality of the blade. The hardness of the blade is 59-60 Rc
after going through the liquid nitrogen process. Each knife is hollow ground freehand and hand-polished.
This Galago knife features an amazing handle made of Giraffe Bone. The shinbone is one of the most dense
and strongest bones in the giraffe. It has a lot of character because of the differences in the quantity of fat
inside the bone, which causes the unique patterns.
All of the handles are stabilized and dyed with natural color shades.
This knife comes with a custom fitted cape buffalo leather sheath.
