Arrrrgggh.. Problem(s) with Sifu

After (accidentelly) droppng my Sifu (spec edition d2) on a concrete floor from about 4 feet up I've noticed that the blade now rubs against the button\release side of the frame when closed. Also, one of the hex-nuts on the opposite side fell off (must of been loose.) I sent an E-mail to B. Brothers about a month ago inquiring about repairs but never got a respose. Anyone out there know whats REKAT's policy on repairs? Or maybe an alternate address (E-mail or otherwise) Their website dosen't seem to work. Thanks
