I just picked up this ARS Prototype Gen 3. Better lock up than most Halos I've handled because I have not handled any Halo 6's.
For an OFT this knife is solid and the deployment is consistent and you get a decent thwack but it's not overkill.
With the ARS warranty you don't need to work about using this knife because it's unconditional and lifetime.
