Art of the knife

Does anyone have the book "Art of the knife"?
it is a coffee table hardcover book that came out a year? ago. I remember send pictures in for inclusion in the book but I never heard anything after that. No place hase it locally. Just curious if any of the Bladeforums makers are in it.
