Article on inlay

I remember seeing an article in one of the mags not to long ago on silver wire inlay. Can anybody direct me to it. I can't seem to locate it.
#2 when you inlay a handle do you inlay both sides or only one??

I can't help with the artical but Allan Eldridge phone 817-370-7778 sells a starting kit and teaching video. The ones i've seen were inladed on both sides,its called wire inlay but its actually thin ribbon ...Hope this helps...
