As a BCCI Member, what kind of Club Knife offering in a 110 would you like to see?

I've recently spoken with President John Foresman about doing a run for The Club.
(As a reminder Leroy and Wild Bill are currently doing a run and they are available through Bruce Dollinger)
He would like me to come up with some ideas to run by him.
They must be affordable, and the members must like them!
I thought I'd run it by everyone here who is a member for suggestions. I'm thinking som sort of Barehead with coloured dymondwood and mosaic pins with filework.

Input would be appreciated.

I think a Chipflint 120 with white handle and a black buffalo insert and some red and black spacers would be a superb idea.

I don't think there's ever been a 120 Chipflint, so it's really overdue.

NO........NO BLOOD GROOVE!!!! (As with the 119 Chipflint, the chipping should displace the blood groove.)

Thanks.

(Great idea for a thread!)

I wish they would make a 186 for a Club knife or a 106 axe...

I was hoping to make a 186 style for the club but they would have to sell for around 200$ for the club to make a little money. ITE do you think that is too high for most?

It's high for me but I would buy one... and I think it would be high for most, like me... But It's like buying a Custom shop knife, in a way...

Yes a 120 chipflint (full, unlike the special editions) would be superb as well.

I bet it would also be very time consuming covering a whole blade.

A 124 with jigged buffalo or sambar stag. Carbon fiber would be super cool but probably not fitting on something as iconic and esteemed as the 124.

Personally, I'd like to see something without any chipped flint treatments and something that sells for quite abit less than $200. I think that when they get to that price point, you start pricing some of the members right out of the market.

exactly!!

How about one of your take apart 110's and about five different handles as an option, take one or all five. Then folks could swap out the handles to meet their need for the day!

I like your bareheaded idea from your initial post, and you have a unique way of building your knives for takedown...I think if you could have Buck supply drop point and clip blades there might be a few who would like the ability to swap back and forth between them...

Some solid exotic wood and premium steel, but something other than s30v. I like s30v, but we've seen plenty of it.

I agree with the take down blade swap idea, perhaps with tools to do it. I don't think Buck would like it though. Given the cancelation of the 186 reasoning. Perhaps Selector style. I need to try some of those.

I like that Idea. Agreed that Buck should offer more than one type of Premium steel.

I will get allot of frowns when I say this but another 110 BCCI Knife sounds like a bore and uninteresting. I would like to see a tricked out Carbon fiber Vantage with some sort of cool inlay, a mirror polished blade made of 154 cm or another cool steel.

second idea is a 300 series matching set (301, 303, 305 and 309) with micarta or G10 scales, file work.

Glow-In-Dark or transparent Selector handle & multiple blade options/offerings in 110 and or 112 size format.
