Well I just had to try it out. :D The forward balance on this baby had me thinking that it would throw like a guided missle. So...

I know this isn't a "throwing kinfe" but just in case I need to mall ninja someone up. :p This was very awkward as it was raining so I was throwing from under my porch roof. Which, now that I think about it, is silly because I should have just went out in the rain. But this thing is the best throwing Busse I have had the pleasure of throwing. IMHO. I was seriously sticking almost every throw from the get go and I am no expert thrower.

Captain Solo, that was awesome. What scales do you have on that? Are they standards?

Standard. I thought that with the extra fat stock of the blade the regulars would be thick enough. But I'd love to try the mags.

Editing was quick so a few throws were cut short. Plus, I didn't think you wanted to see me slipping in the mud. :p
 
Good stuff Tyrkon. I don't dare try that for fear i'd fling mine over the fence and through the neighbors living room window.

Its pouring buckets here in the bay area too. Stay dry.

I was trying to visualize that myself. With the way that sucker stuck in the wood, I wouldn't doubt if the handle would be the only thing showing on the surface of a person.:barf::eek::D

So... when you throw, do you let your middle finger kind of catch the beak part of the pommel for a little extra spin???:confused:

Or do you grab the sides and just release? :confused:

anyone ever thrown an AD? I've done throwing before and the AD is heavier than my heavy throwers, just not as pointy.

I just know my Mistress will love to be chucked around.

Also do you guys use a proper video camera or have some used a camera with video mode?

Thinking of making some vids for the blog if you want 'em.
 
You make throwing look really easy, and the ASH seems to get great penetration. :cool:.
