This is my standard NUCLEAR! sheath for the ASH-LE
It is brand-spankin' new!
Unlike most other sheaths, this is crafted from 1/8th" thick kydex for NUCLEAR! strength and durability. It also has removable hardware, allowing you to thoroughly clean out the interior of the sheath.
The next one shows the back. It has a solid loop that is not only attached to the body of the sheath via the hardware, but it's welded in place, also. The belt channel is wide on purpose. This allows you to wear it cross-draw. If you choose to go strong side, it allows you to move the knife/sheath upward when you want to sit down, so th tip of the knife/sheath doesn't dig into whatever it is you're sitting on. The integral thumbramp prevents the sheath from riding up the full distance of the belt channel and also avoids giving yourself wedgies during withdrawal.
This next one shows the attention to detail, such as polished edges, as well as the adjustable tension setup I pioneered in 1996.
