Assault Shaker modification tomorrow!

Thanks for sharing your Assault Shaker modification - I was about to get rid of a tan AS that doesn't fit my hand well, but you've really given me something to think about. Did you accomplish the metal removal by hand or on a grinder? Are the spacers necessary when using stag or are they just a personal cosmetic choice? Your sheath design looks great as well - can't wait to see the photographs!
Cheers,

WOW looks just like what you put on paper.

Great job on the knife and drawing too!!!!

I really like the looks of that, I probably wouldnt have gone with the spacer or as thick of one but its still really cool.

Fantastic job! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Those orange spacers go very well together with the stag handles.

Spacers are not necessary. I made few stag handles without spacers yet and this was my first with spacers. I just wanted to see if I can do it :D

Metal removal? Hmmmm.... Let's see... Aaaa... :foot::confused::mad::grumpy: my english is canceling ...
I'll draw it reather:

... and of course with lot of cooling, so I did not overheat the knife.

Not only are you handy with tools but your drawings are pretty cool also!!!

Great job on the knife and sheath and thanks for the pics!!!

samek, that's some outstanding work.

Thank you for posting it here.

Now that it's truly a user, please let us know what you think of the knife after it's seen some use.

WOW! That came out even better than the drawings! Very, very nice work, and thank you for sharing it!

Yeah! Very nice drawings and great knife! Simple but effective workshop method.

Thanks for sharing.

.
Great work, on all levels, drawings, knife mods and the leather sheath! Good to see someone else is willing to do some mods on Busse knives.

I really like that mod. I haven't seen an Assault Shaker with handles yet....bet it really adds a lot to the knife. Nice work.
