Assist ???

Does anyone know about this knife?
I'm not sure it is Assist I or II or else.

It is the Assist I. The Assist I has a blunt tip and a window breaker that comes out then you squeeze the blade into the handle when its already closed. The Assist II has a pointy tip and no window breaker. Both have a whistle built into the handle.

I really like my Assist I. I always have it in my car when I drive.

its an ugly one , but i`ve always wanted one of those. its one of those ones i`d get used to after buying it and playing with it for a while
