The FAQ section on that site is hilarious. I go there just to read it from time to time.
 
The site's owner is banned from Bladeforums (and at least a couple other knife-related forums).

You can't link to a search, it's not a static link and disappears.
At any rate, the guy that owns that site is a moron. He got busted selling counterfeit Benchmades and was taken to court for it. He then made it his lifes mission to crap all over Benchmade by spreading BS and lies. He is unstable to say the least, and a huge troll.

This should say it all right here. If your transaction has any problem, you will end up dealing with a man whose has gotten himself banned on several major knife discussion forums. Just search for his posts here and ask yourself if you really want to face that if you have a problem.

His fundamental problem, IMHO, is that he is unwilling to accept/acknowledge personal responsibility for anything. He is, in his own mind, perfect and blameless. And so he always tries to find some way to blame any problem on someone else. So, again, if you have a problem in your transaction, he will blame it on someone else... likely on you.
 
all you really need to do is listen to his voice on one of his youtube videos.

That should illuminate everything you need to know about him.

He can't even talk without schmacting. It's ridiculous, the fake, idiotic voice that he does
 
yep, a couple times on boker autos, crkt autos, and a couple cheapies otf's and balis i wanted to play with. no issues, for me. i ordered and i got the products. but............i didn't expect much and i'm tolerant of cosmetic flaws on cheap stuff, and so my expectations matched what i got. here's the important part......

from what i hear.......his customer service skills are terrible or maybe better said doesn't exist. if you have a problem you are on your own, he won't help from what i've read here and other forums. i have no personal experience since i had no issues. also his mannerisms/attitude is too harsh for most customers. so fair warning, plenty of choices of dealers out there to pick from.

i only use him if no one else has what i am looking for in stock, but he's given me what i paid for and was even helpful answering a couple questions in a couple emails i sent. i dare say friendly even...maybe i hit him on a good day and just had the luck of the gods? cause most folks seem to hate this guy with a passion and tell stories of being treated horribly. there are more of them, than there are of me...... so you do the math.
