Assisted Opener that is similar in size to a Mini-Grip

Personally I prefer the recurve. I would use a Spec Bump in lieu of the Warn. The Tanto shape looks good but doesn't suit my usage and i do not like the logo'd handle.

I would say leek. it is close to the blade size that you want. if something a little bigger is prefered, like about the size of the WARN, then i would say the kershaw rake. neither have ANY recurve. period. the leek has pretty low quality steel until you pay a little more, but the rake is composite CPM D2.

The Rake is a damn good knife with a big belly on the blade

Haven't they switched over the Sandvic 14C28N on the standard Leek, like they have on the Shallot? If so, that's a pretty good steel, comparable to VG-10. But the D2 composite Leek is great, and it sounds like that would fit OP's criteria. I've always thought it's a better knife for the money than the BM mini grip or Spyderco Delica 4.

My favorite AO knife is the Benchmade Nitrous Stryker. They've got the Mini version too!:thumbup:
