assisted stiletto

"razor blades embedded in wood"!? Have people really been carrying around such things to the point that a law had to be passed against doing so? Are we talking about New Jersey or "Escape from New York"?

"without any explainable lawful purpose", Ha, I'd love to hear someone try to explain their lawful reason for carrying around a piece of wood with razor blades embedded in it.

:D

Seriously though, I'm truly saddened to hear about such ridiculous knife laws here in the US. Under such conditions, I would avoid carrying a knife that looks like a weapon, in case you find yourself in front of a jury.

i agree. and with all these recent stabbings in new york that place is in a police state when it comes to knives

Have you checked out the Leverletto by Bill Deshivs? It has gotten good reviews. I am not that familiar with it so I am not sure if its mechanism is considered and auto or assited knife, but it certainly looks the part.

They are considered autos.

Boker Magnum makes an assisted stiletto.

Not sure how good it is but it's probably better than your typical gun show fare since it is a name brand.

Cold Steel Ti-Lite 4" is $40'ish and has a "wave" feature (surprisingly well made). Otherwise, 10x's that price for a Darrel Ralph assisted.
