I had actually missed this one by quite a bit apparently, but Yangdu was able to hook me up with a different Ring Knife at 8.5 inches and nice Walnut handle scales.

Can't wait to get it!

My new Ring Knife came today and it is awesome!

I have numerous issues posting pics but anyone who is super curious can PM me their email and I'll send a couple.

The walnut wood handle is perfectly fitted to the tang and the finish is top notch. I wouldn't call it a "beginner's knife" by any stretch. When I first joined the forum, I don't think I would have liked as much as I do at this point in my knife hobby. As it stands, I am already considering another.
