ASTM A53?? Can it make a decent blade???

Hey guys, I'm new to knife making. I have a bunch of ASTM A53 laying around the shop at work and I was wondering if it could possibly be made into a decent blade??? I don't know much about any steels other than the most popular/standard stuff. Thanks in advance for any help.
