At the loading bench....

...... exactly mate, tough as next month I will be hunting Fallow in the rut but I will pack the .375 as well as my .308. There is always a hog that needs busting and I am sure the .375 can deal with a horney Fallow Buck... ;)

.... I suspect there will be some... :D

..... More than "some", I hope:D

No significant difference between where I will be in Moz and where I did my testing last year temperature (25-30 degs C)wise, perhaps some humidity difference however. As you note the Woodleighs run on "driving bands" that should keep the pressure down to the same as a normal profile/style projectile. I would love to have the time to tinker with some other loads but the reality is I don't at the moment so I am kind of sticking with a known ;) I am no expert at this either mate !!!!!

For what it's worth, this was my group with the 350 TSX during range development. I told my range partner after looking through the spotting scope, either subsequent shots missed the whole damn target board, or they cut part of the same hole. We had to peel back the target and look at the backer to tell. They do sting the shoulder. And I'm not small.

I'd like to know what powder you were using as well, I have some 350g North Forks and some 380g Rhinos I want to test out this spring after a little more snow melts. Reloader 17 came highly recommended to me by the fellow I bought them from, he also passed on his load data with impressive velocities so I will likely start there, but any other experience is always welcome.
