Anybody ever handle one? I have the opportunity to aquire one for about what was being charged when they were in production. Is it worth 300? How is O-1 tool steel for a tomahawk?

Never handled or seen one of those, don't know about the price either. But, JK Knives makes all of his hawks out of 01. I was drooling over that Cassam hawk while my Winkler Sayoc was on order. All the reviewers of the JK hawks seem to love them, and have chopped wood with them. I don't know about breaching, may depend on RC, edge thickness, etc...?

After talking to some peeps, i decided to pull the trigger. Thankfully not for 300. Lord knows next semester is gonna beat the hell out of me with book costs. Will post pics upon arrival.
