Please dont start with carbon fiber already. I've been a carbon fiend for well over a decade. Back from my bmx days; forks, pedals, seatpost, seat, helmet, shoes were all carbon.

Most of guys just mill premade blocks or is anyone doing actual vacuum infusion molding?
